Liquid Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry

The timsTOF Pro achieves near 100% duty cycle for shotgun proteomics, by using the Parallel Accumulation Serial Fragmentation (PASEF) acquisition method in its dual TIMS (Trapped Ion Mobility Spectrometry) analyzer.

ÄKTAavant is a preparative liquid chromatography system intended for protein sample purification. On the front side of the instrument, ÄKTAavant has a built-in fraction collector with a cooling functionality that prevents overheating of purified samples.

The Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Eclipse is a state-of-the-art mass spectrometer that incorporates the latest inventions in ion transmission and control, extended m/z range, and real-time decision making. Metabolomics Analyzers

Seahorse XFp Analyzers measure Oxygen Consumption Rate (OCR) and Extracellular Acidification Rate (ECAR) of live cells in an 8-well miniplate format. Its quick and easy setup makes it ideal for performing routine measurements of ex-vivo metabolic phenotype and other quantity-limited samples.

The Biolog OmniLog Phenotype MicroArray (PM) Incubator Reader allows users to do PM for microbial and mammalian cells.
Protein Imaging & Western Systems

The ChemiDoc Go Imaging System is a compact benchtop imager from Bio‑Rad, built for high‑sensitivity Western blot imaging. It features an advanced scientific‑grade CMOS sensor, delivering superior performance over traditional cooled CCD cameras in speed, noise reduction, and dynamic range.

The ChemiDoc Touch system is a compact instrument for quantitative imaging of gels and membranes. It can detect a wide range of dyes and fluorophores.

Sally Sue™ let users separate and analyze proteins by size from 2-440kDa. Users can load as little as 5μl of samples with a protein concentration of 0.2μg/μl, and run up to 96 samples in one experiment.

The e-BLOT Touch Imager is a lens-free, contact-based imaging system designed to capture chemiluminescence and brightfield images. It employs direct-contact photosensitive chip technology, eliminating the need for traditional cameras and lenses, which reduces signal loss and enables relatively high sensitivity with shorter imaging times. It is well-suited for detecting low-abundance proteins and rare samples in applications such as Western, Southern, and Northern blotting.

Odyssey is an infrared laser-based instrument for conducting Western blotting without the need for films, a darkroom, or any chemiluminescent substrates. It also offers low background fluorescence, enabling the detection of low-picogram targets with near-infrared fluorescence.

Milo™ can measure protein expression of around 1000 single cells in a single run, in which the heterogeneity of the samples can be profiled.
