Bruker timsTOF Pro Mass-spectrometer 

The timsTOF Pro achieves near 100% duty cycle for shotgun proteomics, by using the Parallel Accumulation Serial Fragmentation (PASEF) acquisition method in its dual TIMS (Trapped Ion Mobility Spectrometry) analyzer. In the analyzer, ions are first accumulated in the front section, then sequentially released from the rear section, depending on their ion mobility. With the PASEF technology, >100 Hz sequencing speed can be achieved without losing sensitivity and resolution.
