About
The facility offers sequencing service with the following equipment, on a first-come-first-served basis:

Standalone sequencing service including Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS), Whole Exome Sequencing (WES), RNA Sequencing, ChIP-Sequencing (ChIP-Seq) and Whole Genome Bisulfite Sequencing​

Full service from library preparation to sequencing for WGS and RNA sequencing (Click here for details)

Standalone sequencing service including Exome, transcriptome, targeted or whole genome sequencing

Standalone sequencing service including Targeted/ Amplicon Sequencing, Isoform Sequencing (Iso-Seq) and Whole Genome Sequencing
How to apply for the service?
Please read and fill in the corresponding form in FULL and submit sample(s) during office hours.
