Flow Cytometry
Our flow cytometry core features six high-speed Fluorescence-activated Cell Sorting (FACS) equipment for a wide variety of applications such as cell sorting, multi-color immunophenotyping and cell cycle analysis.

The BD FACSDiscover™ A8 is a spectral flow cytometry analyzer with enhanced sensitivity and spectral resolution for complex panel design. It is configured as a 4-laser system (B–R–V–YG) with up to 56 fluorescence detectors. The system supports volumetric acquisition and features an autoloader with temperature control and automated sample mixing.
Influx is a stream-in-air cell sorter which allows multi-parameter detection (up to 18 PMTs for different scattering and fluorescence parameters) and high-speed sorting into different collection plate/ tube formats.
Aria III is a flow-cell-based cell sorter which allows multi-parameter detection (up to 12 PMTs for different scattering and fluorescence parameters) and high-speed sorting into different collection plate/ tube formats.
The BD FACSDiscover™ S8 Cell Sorter is a flow-cell-based spectral flow cytometer which allows multi-parameter detection and high-speed sorting.
Influx-BioProtect IV is a stream-in-air cell sorter enclosed in a Class II Type A2 biosafety cabinet. It allows the multi-parameter detection and high-speed sorting of samples of BSL-2 or below.
