CytoFLEX SRT 
(Pilot run from Sep to Dec 2025)

The CytoFLEX SRT is a benchtop cell sorter equipped with four lasers (405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, and 638 nm) and up to 17 channels, which include 15 fluorescent channels plus forward and side scatter. Signal detection is performed with Avalanche Photodiode (APD) detectors, providing enhanced sensitivity for detecting low-abundance signals.

The instrument is capable of 2-way and 4-way sorting into tubes, slides, or microplates. It also features index sorting, a function that correlates sort decisions with the multi-parameter phenotypic data of individual events to facilitate post-sort analysis.
