Leica SP8 Confocal Microscope

The SP8 confocal microscope is an inverted laser microscope for three-dimensional imaging of subcellular structures. Users can obtain ~130 nm resolution images by using the built-in deconvoluton software and perform short-period of live-cell imaging with the setup of an incubation chamber.
